Shipping NO LONGER available via USPS!!!
Due to unforseen consequencens with our shipping provider we are no longer able to offer shipping outside the US. We apologize for the inconvenicence this may cause.
How will this affect you?
Shipping rates will increase and we will no longer be able to offer low cost shipping rates for our customers. Shipping will only be handled via our UPS and FEDEX shipping providers. They will guarantee that tracking is provided every step of the way. Meaning a more reliable services and will eliminate lost packages.
Although rate will be higher that USPS, we feel that the reliability and security of our customers orders is our top priority. Switching to UPS and FEDEX only will also cut the shipping delivery time frame substantially.

- Standard delivery orders placed on Monday through Friday, before 12:00 PM PST, except on holidays.
- Standard delivery includes Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard delivery orders will arrives within 1-5 business days nationwide, except for holidays.
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery on orders placed after 12:00 PM PST from the shipped date, except on holidays.
- Standard delivery orders placed on Monday through Friday, before 12:00 PM PST, except on holidays.
- Standard delivery includes Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard delivery orders will arrives within 2-3 business days nationwide, except for holidays.

UPS Second Day Air Shipping:
- Second Day Air shipping orders are placed Monday-Friday, before 12:00 PM PST and will usually arrive within 2 business days from the shipped date.
- Second Day Air shipping orders that placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
- Three Day Ground shipping orders are placed Monday-Friday, before 12:00 PM PST and will usually arrive within 2 business days from the shipped date.
- Three Day Ground shipping orders that placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.

When considering shipping and delivery date the following should be considered:
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours.
- Please take weekends & holidays into consideration.
TRACKING YOUR DULCE CANDY XO ORDER:
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail registered on our shopping site.
